I’m so happy for you and proud of all the hard work you’ve put into making the Thai Orchid Cafe so Green, sustainable, and locally-oriented. You’ve really fostered quite a sense of community in your little pocket of Lexington. I know that the commitment to community and all things organic will only grow in the years to come. It must be a really good feeling inside to be involved with something so special, something you can call your own. I only wish that I had driven up from Knoxville on some random weekend when I wasn’t doing homework anyhow to come and see your family’s creation.
