We are celebrating with a delicious menu of our favorite noodle dishes. The long length of noodles represents our wish for your prosperity, longevity and good luck.
NOODLE FESTIVAL SPECIALS:
FRESH SPRING ROLLS
Lettuce, carrots, bean thread noodles, cucumbers, bean sprouts
wrapped in a rice paper roll. Served with sweet chili sauce.
COCONUT NOODLES
Somen noodles topped with pineapple, peanuts
and a coconut cream sauce.
THAI BEEF & MEATBALL NOODLE SOUP
Thin rice noodles, beef meatballs, flank steak, and veggies
in a savory beef broth that has simmered for hours.
LAHD NAH NOODLE BOWL
Pan fried rice noodles topped with your choice of chicken,
tofu, beef or shrimp, with veggies in a light gravy sauce.
GARLIC NOODLES AND VEGGIES
Egg noodles, mixed veggies, and egg
stir fried in a light brown garlic sauce.
SUPER WONTON BOWL
Homemade chicken wontons, honey roast pork,
bean sprouts, and cilantro in a delicious light broth.
